Visit to Kingwood

This past week/weekend, we went to visit my dad & Lenora in Kingwood. I had surgery on my mouth Thursday, and we stayed with them through the weekend. The girls had a lot of fun. Raylee has decided that Grandpa is too hard to say, and has started calling my dad Popeye. It is beyond cute.

We have a very busy few weeks coming up. The most exciting being that Paul is coming home for a visit at the end of this week. After almost two months, his 3 girls are more than ready to see him! On to some pictures.

Brinn cheesing at the camera w/ Peanut in the background.

Now that Brinn is crawling, she is able to chase down her toy cat.

Sweet baby has 3 teeth ready to pop through!

About to head out to church Sunday morning

Dance Party!

Grandma getting smiles from Brinn.

I think the bib is right. "This is what cute looks like."

The girls & I had a lot of fun in Kingwood, and are looking forward to our next trip to Corpus. I have a feeling that Raylee & Brinn are going to love the beach!

Hope everyone has a great evening!

Easter 2012

This Easter, we made the trip to Kingwood to visit Grandma & Grandpa. The girls got to spend time with their grandparents, and I'm pretty sure Grandma & Grandpa enjoyed it too!

Well onto the pictures....

Raylee helping herself to a snack, before we hit the road.

Then, Raylee got to go to her cousin Anna's 2nd Birthday party w/ her Granna & PawPaw. They had a slide, cupcakes, and she was worn out after. That night she told me she was ready to go "night night." :)

Checking out Grandma's Easter decorations

The following is the ONLY smile I got on camera of Raylee. Lately, she does not want to smile, and does not understand that if she smiles she will get candy, toys, etc.

Out to eat at Raffa's. Their food is so good, and the restaurant is right on the water.

First time in a high chair, and this is right after Grandma got her to wave for the 1st time.

Pictures in Easter outfits.

After church, we came back home and had a yummy lunch & then decorated cupcakes.

Grandma got Brinn a new onesie, and it reminds me of a care bear I used to have. Pretty sure, it had the same thing on its tummy.

Grandma, Grandpa, & peanut going for a walk w/ the girls.

Grandpa & his youngest grandaughter. They are matching w/ their blue outfits, and pretty blue eyes.

Grandma got Raylee a "little black dress."

Happy face!

We had a great time at Grandma & Grandpa's, and are already planning our next big trip...the beach!

Hope everyone has a great evening.

Texan's Playoff Game!

On Saturday, Paul & I were given the chance to go to the Texans vs. Bengals playoff game at Reliant Stadium in Houston, TX! (Thanks Dad & Lenora) We got a babysitter (Thanks Granna & PawPaw), and headed out that morning for some tailgating before the game at 3:30. Tailgating at Reliant is awesome. Food, music, food, drinks, more food! I know I tried 4 different kinds of sausage. Here are some pictures from tailgating.

Then we made the walk up to the stadium. Everyone was so excited, cheering the whole way. By the time all 71,725 people were inside with the roof closed, it was LOUD in the stadium.

The game did not disappoint. After getting off to a slow start, the Texans took the lead before the half on a J.J. Watt interception for a touchdown. The first rookie to ever do that in the playoffs!

I wish I had taken more pictures of the game but it was hard to capture it on a camera. If you watched the game you know. TEXANS WON! Headed to the next round!

Hope everyone has a great day!
